ANNA CAMPBELL
Anna G. Campbell has proudly called Rockwall home for 36 years. Born and raised in the Panama Canal Zone, a former U.S. territory, she brings a deep appreciation for community, service, and opportunity to everything she does.
Anna raised two children in Rockwall and has been deeply rooted in the community for decades. Her commitment to Rockwall is both personal and professional. Today, she shares her life in this beautiful community with her husband, Gary, her constant supporter and partner.
For 26 years, Anna has served as an award-winning educator, dedicating her career to supporting students, families, and fellow educators. She believes strongly that strong schools are the foundation of a strong community.
In addition to her professional career, Anna has been actively involved in community service and has received philanthropic and community awards recognizing her dedication to helping others and strengthening Rockwall.
A passionate advocate for education and civic engagement, Anna has served in numerous leadership roles, including:

Active member of the local PTA for over 30 years

Co-Founder and Past President of the Rockwall County Hispanic Republican Club, working with churches and organizations to provide legal assistance and promote family involvement in education and civic life

18-year member of Rockwall County Republican Women, where she has served on the board and supported grassroots efforts to elect candidates and encourage civic engagement

Longtime associate member of the Rockwall County Republican Men’s Club

Member of the Rockwall Women’s League for nearly a decade, serving on the board and as Ball Chair for the annual Gala, raising funds for student scholarships and local nonprofits

Member of the Rockwall Noon Rotary Club, supporting service, integrity, and community impact

Current board member of Grace Clinic, providing essential medical services to those in need

Supporter of the Boys & Girls Club, helping young people reach their full potential
Anna is also a 36-year member of First Baptist Church of Rockwall. In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with Gary and her family.
In June 2020, Anna was appointed to the Rockwall City Council, where she has proudly served the community for the past five years. She remains committed to steady, thoughtful leadership that reflects the values of Rockwall residents.
Known for her strong work ethic, practical problem-solving, and ability to listen and bring people together, Anna is dedicated to keeping Rockwall safe, protecting its character, and guiding responsible growth for the future.
